Responsibilities

  1. Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  2. Write “clean”, well-designed code.
  3. Follow industry best practices.
  4. Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
  5. Prioritize projects and daily activities.
  6. Willing to adapt to a new environment.
  7. Must be flexible and dependable.
  8. Must be able to mentor junior developers.

Required

3+ Years Solid Development in:

  1. PHP 5+
  2. Yii Framework
  3. WordPress
  4. Bootstrap (Responsive coding for desktop, tablets and mobile)
  5. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to work around them
  6. HTML and CSS expertise
  7. JQuery
  8. Writing SQL queries
  9. Working with MySQL as well as relational database concepts SEO friendly code
  10. Creating and Consuming Web Services

Advantageous:

  1. High level of experience with any other PHP framework e.g Code Ignitor
  2. Produce detailed specifications (based on project).
  3. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle (good to know SDLC)
  4. Accurately predict development timelines, be able to stick to them and react quickly to change
  5. Cpanel
  6. WHM
  7. Exposure to GIT version control and Agile Software Development methods
  8. Google AdWords and google analytics

Required education:

  • Minimum Diploma in IT
